Global High Yield Product Manager

About the role

The Product Management role is responsible for defining, creating, implementing and maintaining investment products throughout their lifecycle, including coordinating all product launches, closures and changes. The incumbent will support senior product managers as an investment team representative for product‑related activities to internal business partners such as Client Portfolio Management, Legal, Client Service and Onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and understand the project management of all product launches/closures with stakeholders and internal partners.
• Help shepherd all product launches through the governance process after the decision to launch.
• Review investment and economic terms within fund documentation (guidelines, share classes, benchmarks, fees, income, etc.).
• Manage project changes at the product level (benchmarks, fees, guidelines).
• Serve as the primary investment‑team representative for all existing product activity.

Required profile

• Senior experience working in high‑volume product‑management teams.
• Seasoned in UCIT fund launches.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, High Yield and Emerging Markets products.
