Global HR Assistant (System and Analytics) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Join Turner & Townsend’s global HR systems team as a Global HR Assistant. This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports day‑to‑day HR system operations, data integrity and analytics across a worldwide workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve HR systems queries in partnership with the HRIS team, vendors and internal IT.
• Maintain data accuracy, security and SOX compliance controls.
• Analyse HR data, produce management information and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage the HR systems administration mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Identify and implement improvements to data collection, reporting and system processes.

Required profile

• Experienced HR Assistant who enjoys working with systems administration and data.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to develop analytics for a global organisation.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and data quality.

Required skills

• Experience using an HR system (iTrent experience is a plus).
