Global HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Global HR Generalist to join our People Team in London. The role will ensure a consistent, compliant and positive employee experience across our international locations, supporting the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding for international employees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries.
• Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, complaints and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain compliant HR policies, processes, documentation and records across regions.
• Coordinate mobility, immigration, payroll inputs and employee data updates.
• Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, early‑career programmes and HR process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, People Operations or a generalist role, preferably across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, judgement, discretion and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities across time zones.
• Confidence using HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
