Global Integration Analyst – German Speaker

About the role

The Global Integration Analyst supports the onboarding of top‑brand advertisers onto Awin’s affiliate network. Working within the Technical Services team, you will provide high‑level technical assistance during the integration process, ensuring tracking solutions are delivered on time and meet campaign specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through the technical integration of Awin’s tracking technology.
• Identify and isolate setup errors, offering clear, actionable solutions.
• Negotiate and resolve non‑standard configurations that fall outside team targets.
• Contribute to monthly integration team targets and incentive schemes.
• Review peer work for technical sign‑off and maintain internal/external knowledge bases.
• Deliver training to colleagues and assist with testing new features.
• Report platform bugs and coordinate escalations as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (C1+).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, process‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
