Global Internal Communication Officer

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Global Internal Communication Officer to join the CEO Office. You will help connect more than 25,000 colleagues across 110 countries, turning strategy and stories into clear, engaging internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver compelling content that brings organisational updates to life.
• Manage key internal channels, including the weekly global newsletter.
• Develop interactive, inclusive communications and virtual events for a remote‑first workforce.
• Support senior leaders, including the CEO, in authentic and impactful messaging.
• Collaborate with country offices, members and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications within a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
• Strong storytelling ability and a knack for simplifying complex information.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment with flexible hours.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.
