Global Lead, Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Citi is seeking a visionary leader to head its Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) function globally. Reporting to the COO Corporate Shared Services organization, the Global Lead will shape the strategic direction of NFRR and build an AI‑enabled Regulatory Intelligence Platform that turns compliance into a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward‑looking strategy for a unified, data‑centric NFRR platform across all Citi businesses.
• Lead and mentor a global team of senior professionals in regulatory reporting, data quality and data framework functions.
• Own the design, socialisation and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for NFRR.
• Deliver the NFRR transformation business case, creating a centralized AI‑enabled utility that automates manual reporting and standardises data.
• Ensure regulatory commitments related to data use‑cases and other key deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in large‑scale data transformation and firm‑wide regulatory reporting initiatives.
• Track record of managing senior managers and driving strategic change in a global financial institution.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in data transformation and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with AI‑enabled solutions for regulatory intelligence.
