Global Learning and Development Administrator – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The Global Learning & Development Administrator will join Turner & Townsend’s worldwide L&D function, supporting company‑wide learning initiatives and systems. Reporting to the Global Talent & Development Manager, the role is focused on administering global programmes and acting as the super‑user for the Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Administer global learning programmes, ensuring a high‑quality participant experience.
• Liaise with external suppliers to schedule programme delivery and with regional HR teams to confirm participant lists.
• Prepare and send programme communications, diary invites and manage 360‑feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate programme records and produce quarterly evaluation reports.
• Support the communication of global L&D initiatives across the business.
• Serve as the global super‑user for the Saba Learning Management System, managing the LMS mailbox and responding to employee queries.
• Develop and support e‑learning course content and assist in designing new LMS functionality.
• Manage LMS content, ensuring up‑to‑date learning materials are available.

Required profile

• Experience administering learning programmes on a global scale.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication for programme notifications and reports.
