Global Learning & Development Administrator (6-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Global Learning & Development Administrator will support company‑wide learning initiatives across Turner & Townsend’s global network. Reporting to the Global Talent & Development Manager, the role is responsible for administering the “Licence to Lead” people‑manager programme and acting as the super‑user for the Saba Learning Management System during a six‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Administer global learning programmes and ensure a high‑quality participant experience.
• Liaise with external training suppliers to schedule delivery dates and with regional HR teams to confirm participant lists.
• Prepare and send programme communications, diary invites and manage 360‑feedback processes.
• Maintain accurate programme records and produce quarterly evaluation reports.
• Support the communication of global L&D initiatives throughout the business.
• Serve as the global super‑user for the Saba LMS, managing the mailbox and responding to employee queries.
• Develop and support e‑learning course content and assist in designing new LMS functionality.
• Maintain and update LMS content, ensuring alignment with learning programmes.

Required profile

• Reports to the Global Talent & Development Manager.
• Experience administering learning programmes in a multinational environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and regional HR teams.

Required skills

• Saba Learning Management System (LMS) proficiency.
