Global Markets Transformation Leader

About the role

Coforge is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end‑to‑end transformation across its Global Markets business. You will shape the strategic roadmap, align technology modernization with product and operating model goals, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy for asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Rates, Credit and Structured Products.
• Lead large‑scale, multi‑region programs, managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Product and Technology teams to ensure seamless enterprise‑wide change.
• Identify and integrate FinTech innovations that accelerate the transformation agenda.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, data controls and operational best practices throughout the trade lifecycle.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in capital markets transformation or related consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering front‑to‑back change across multiple asset classes.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, operational processes, data governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
