Global Supply Chain Analyst – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Global Supply Chain Analyst to join a leading medical‑devices company on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Based in Witney, you will sit at the centre of global operations, collaborating with international partners to optimise inventory, manage supply levels and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory and supply levels, supporting order fulfilment, back‑orders and product allocations while handling labelling changes, new product introductions and regulatory requirements.
• Support critical supply‑demand planning and deployment across a worldwide supply chain network.
• Generate and present data‑driven reports, communicate key metrics to stakeholders and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Partner with global teams to align processes, improve efficiencies and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, ensuring audit‑ready documentation and adherence to SOPs, quality and EHS standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across diverse global teams.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to work independently while prioritising tasks.
• Problem‑solver who can identify bottlenecks early and knows when to escalate issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
