Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams across multiple countries to provide expert reward guidance and ensure consistent, competitive practices.
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to enhance Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation functionality, advancing automation and user experience.
• Manage the global annual salary review process in Workday, ensuring system readiness, effective communication, training and strong stakeholder alignment.
• Apply data‑analytics and quantitative skills to deliver pay‑equity, market‑competitiveness and cost‑modelling insights, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support the development and evolution of the global Total Rewards strategy and framework.
• Lead global benchmarking projects and oversee Total Rewards initiatives, ensuring compliance and market alignment.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation within a global organization.
• Extensive experience managing total rewards processes across multiple countries and diverse markets.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of leading salary review cycles and benchmarking projects.
