About the role
Pontoon is seeking a Gloss Developer to join its Bromley team on a six‑month contract. You will work closely with designers and engineers to create high‑quality gloss finishes that enhance product appeal.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement gloss finishes for a range of products.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into finished surfaces.
- Test, refine, and optimise gloss applications to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during development.
- Document processes and share insights with the wider team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in gloss development or a closely related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for surface finishes.
