GP Salaried & Partner Positions – 6‑8 Sessions per Week

About the role
The Lighthouse Group Practice is seeking up to three General Practitioners to join a friendly, supportive team in Portsmouth. Both salaried positions and partnership opportunities are available for GPs able to work 6 to 8 sessions per week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care to a diverse population of approximately 13,500 patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, pharmacists, GP trainees and other primary‑care professionals.
- Participate in service development, clinical governance and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- For partners, help shape the strategic direction, business planning and workforce development of the practice without a property buy‑in.
Required profile
- Qualified General Practitioner, fully registered with the GMC.
- Willingness to work 6‑8 clinical sessions per week.
- Interest in either salaried employment or partnership.
- Commitment to the values of a supportive, patient‑focused practice.
Required skills
- Clinical competence in primary care.
- Ability to use electronic health record systems.
