Graduate ACA Audit & Assurance Programme 2027

About the role

You will be based in our Audit & Assurance service line, gaining commercial insight into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Responsibilities will grow throughout the programme, with the potential to supervise other trainees by your second year.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out detailed, risk‑based reviews of a company’s financial statements.
• Challenge financial operations and help improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.
• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 A‑levels (A‑C) plus one additional A‑level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs (A*-C/9‑4) including Maths and English.
• Ability to absorb new information quickly and adapt.
• Comfortable working with numbers and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of explaining financial information in an accessible manner.
