Graduate Accountancy Customer Support Consultant

About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑track start to a career in fintech. You will combine your accounting knowledge with technology to help customers get the most out of specialist accounting software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line support to customers via phone and email.
• Assist users in maximizing the functionality of the company’s accounting software.
• Develop expertise in the product and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Create and maintain FAQs, user guides and other support documentation.
• Support the creation of customer training materials.
• Participate in software testing and suggest product improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• At least six months of customer‑service experience.
• Strong understanding of UK tax, financial statements and double‑entry bookkeeping.
• Interest in technology and accounting software.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Organised, analytical and eager to learn.
