Graduate Associate – Client Services (French Speaker)

About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a Graduate Associate for its Client Services team who is fluent in French. The role is designed as a fast‑track launchpad for ambitious graduates who want to develop commercial, research and relationship‑building skills while working with leading investors and consultancies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call and engage industry experts to secure their time for client calls, often under tight deadlines.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, understanding client needs and scheduling high‑calibre expert interviews.
• Cold‑call experts across multiple sectors, overcome objections and win buy‑in.
• Manage several projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including content library, surveys and advisory.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in French (written and oral, C1 or above).
• Competitive, confident communicator comfortable speaking on the phone and in person.
• Curious, quick learner who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Resilient, target‑driven and motivated to exceed goals.
