Graduate Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our executive search group in London as Business Consultants. This is a client‑facing sales and business development position where you will manage your own portfolio of recruitment projects on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for senior‑level roles across multiple industries worldwide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates from day one.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while developing new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong desire to start a career in recruitment and sales.
• Confident, resilient, and competitive with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously while receiving high levels of support.
