Graduate Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing intelligence provider in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. You will work with senior stakeholders across pharmaceutical companies, investors, healthcare providers and academic institutions, introducing high‑value market intelligence solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach to C‑suite and senior decision‑makers to generate new business opportunities.
• Deliver online demos and presentations showcasing product capabilities.
• Source, profile and qualify new leads across the healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs.
• Build long‑term client relationships and develop tailored account strategies.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in telephone‑based B2B sales, lead generation or 360‑recruitment (advantageous).
• Degree‑level education; STEM background beneficial but not essential.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
