Our client, a leading healthcare product distributor, is launching a Graduate Business Development Scheme in Edinburgh. The role offers recent graduates the chance to develop commercial skills, generate revenue from warm leads and build new client relationships, with a clear progression path within the business.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to educate prospective customers.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to schedule meetings, webinars and demonstrations.
• Research accounts, identify key influencers and build rapport to develop relationships.
• Support customer success to ensure client satisfaction with the services provided.
• Shadow senior team members to learn the full 360‑degree sales process and prepare for future progression.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
