About the role

Our client, a leading distributor of healthcare products, is launching a Graduate Business Development Scheme. This full‑time position offers a competitive £30k base salary with the potential to earn up to £35k OTE. You will work closely with senior team members to learn the full 360‑degree sales process and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio and services.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and social channels to arrange meetings, webinars and demos.
• Research accounts to identify key influencers and build strong relationships.
• Support customer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Shadow senior colleagues to learn end‑to‑end sales and business development processes.

Required profile

• Graduated with a university degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment and highly self‑motivated.
