Graduate CAD Technician – Lighting Design

About the role
This graduate/trainee position offers a launchpad into lighting design within a market‑leading manufacturer. You will receive full training on industry‑standard tools and work on a variety of bespoke lighting projects.
Key responsibilities
- Produce layout plans, control‑panel designs and associated drawings using AutoCAD.
- Apply Relux and Dialux software to develop lighting calculations and visualisations.
- Support the project lifecycle from concept through to delivery.
- Liaise with the design team of 20 and other internal departments and stakeholders.
- Work from the office Monday‑Friday, adhering to project deadlines.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or junior candidate eager to start a career in lighting design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and comfortable working in a team environment.
- Willing to commute to Gillingham, Dorset.
