Graduate Career Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Career Coach to join our North Finchley office and help people with musculoskeletal conditions return to or stay in work. You will work closely with physiotherapists and a supportive clinical team to provide personalised employment coaching and practical wellbeing support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one coaching sessions to participants, helping them build confidence and develop sustainable employment plans.
• Coordinate with physiotherapy services and a free gym membership to support participants’ physical wellbeing.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable job opportunities.
• Assess barriers to work, devise strategies to overcome them, and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports on participant outcomes.
• Handle a high volume of administrative tasks while ensuring attention to detail.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Psychology or related field beneficial) or experience in sales, recruitment, or supporting vulnerable people.
• Employment advisors, work coaches or recruiters seeking a purpose‑driven role are welcome.
• Organised, comfortable using IT systems and able to manage a varied workload.
• Based in London and able to travel to North Finchley (≈15‑minute walk from Woodside Park station).
