About the role

SRG is partnering with a fast‑growing Scottish start‑up to recruit recent chemistry graduates for its large‑scale production team. You will join a multi‑skilled environment focused on manufacturing small‑organic molecule products for the chemical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the efficient production of small‑organic molecules in a manufacturing setting.
• Work collaboratively within a large team to meet daily output targets.
• Enter one of three entry positions: Production Chemist, Purification Technician, or Analytical Technician.
• Maintain laboratory and production area safety standards at all times.

Required profile

• Recent or upcoming graduate in Chemistry, Applied Sciences or a related discipline (HNC to Masters level).
• Demonstrable experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Fundamental understanding of laboratory health and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Full, indefinite right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
