Graduate Civil Engineer

About the role

Consula Group LTD is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join its London office. This is a genuine graduate opportunity offering immediate project exposure and structured support toward ICE chartership.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of civil engineering projects across highways, drainage, earthworks and infrastructure.
• Prepare drawings, calculations and technical reports using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Carry out site visits, surveys, inspections and assist with site supervision.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Assist with tender documentation, specifications and contract administration.
• Contribute to project programmes, budgets and risk management.
• Work towards ICE Initial Professional Development (IPD) record with mentoring.

Required profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related, ICE‑accredited discipline.
• Analytical mindset and genuine passion for engineering and the built environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Prior placement or work experience in civil engineering or construction is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
