Graduate Civil Engineer – Residential Structural Role

About the role

This is a graduate civil engineering position focused on residential structural projects. Based in Lymington, you will work alongside senior engineers on planning, design, calculations and surveying, with occasional site visits to gain hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and design of residential civil engineering projects.
• Perform structural and civil engineering calculations.
• Support surveying activities and prepare related documentation.
• Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices and company procedures.
• Attend site visits when required to observe construction processes.

Required profile

• Fully completed civil engineering degree (no further education required).
• Full UK citizenship.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivated, eager to learn and develop a long‑term career in the residential sector.
