Graduate Commercial Trainee – Supplier Relations

About the role

Join a fast‑growing renewables division as a Graduate Commercial Trainee, supporting the Commercial Manager in managing supplier relationships and product purchasing across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with UK and overseas suppliers.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and help optimise stock availability.
• Analyse sales and purchasing data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare commercial reports and evaluate supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure product availability for customers.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a business‑related degree.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in the renewables sector.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
