About the role

This graduate position combines customer service with accounting knowledge, offering a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. You will support customers on first‑line queries while building expertise in accounting processes and specialist products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to customers via phone and email.
• Respond to enquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Research and resolve accounting‑related queries.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Required profile

• A degree that includes Accounting or a related discipline, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to stay calm and organised while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
