Graduate Data Analyst

About the role

FLTalent is looking for a Graduate Data Analyst to join its structured graduate training programme. You will work on real client projects across finance, healthcare and retail while developing technical and consulting skills from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data to support client decision‑making.
• Clean, transform and validate datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders on live projects.
• Translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• A degree (2:1 or above preferred) in a relevant analytical subject.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in data, technology and consulting.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
