Graduate Data & Analytics Developer

About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑track entry into a buy‑side investment firm. You will join a small, high‑performing team and work directly with senior stakeholders to build the next generation of data and reporting infrastructure that supports real‑world investment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Python‑based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Automate business‑critical reporting processes.
• Improve and transform legacy data sets.
• Collaborate with front‑office and back‑office teams.
• Build internal data tools and reporting infrastructure.
• Support investment operations through technology.

Required profile

• Graduating this year or recently graduated.
• Minimum 2:1 degree in a quantitative or STEM subject.
• Outstanding A‑Level results, including Mathematics.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and/or SQL from projects, internships or personal work.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and logical thinking.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and investment management.
• Personable, curious and eager to learn.
• Desire to build a long‑term career in data & analytics on the buy‑side.
