Graduate Developer – Brighton

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Developer to join our Brighton consultancy team. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you will work on diverse client projects and develop real‑world software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to gather requirements and design tailored software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java or C#.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise existing applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Logical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to varied projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, C#).
