Graduate Electrical Engineer – Building Services

About the role

We are seeking a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to join a fast‑growing consultancy specialising in building services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The role offers full training and the chance to work on projects from concept to completion, supporting senior engineers both in the office and on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update engineering drawings and BIM models for building services projects.
• Perform electrical calculations and produce technical reports.
• Collaborate with clients, senior leadership and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Visit sites as required to support design implementation.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Interest in building services design, particularly within pharma or healthcare environments.
• Willingness to travel to Wakefield and surrounding sites.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Building services design principles.
• Proficiency with BIM modelling.
• Ability to produce engineering drawings and technical documentation.
