Graduate Engineer – Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a recent engineering graduate to join a leading global contractor on a high‑tech data‑centre project in Frankfurt. The role offers hands‑on experience across multiple project stages, exposure to international sites and a clear pathway toward senior leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site activities between stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of process‑systems work.
• Support the execution of construction tasks on a high‑tech data‑centre project.
• Assist senior engineers with planning, scheduling and progress reporting.
• Participate in training programmes and development pathways toward senior project roles.

Required profile

• Degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to work hard and learn from industry leaders.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Germany and a UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Understanding of process‑systems concepts.
