Graduate Field Sales Representative (Life Science / MedTech)

About the role

We are seeking a recent graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline to join a leading European MedTech company as a Field Sales Representative. Based in Guildford, you will cover a local patch that includes South London, Surrey and Kent, meeting customers in hospitals, universities and research laboratories.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to demonstrate and sell biomedical laboratory equipment.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets through effective presentation of product benefits.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and sales activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BSc/MSc) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.
• Strong interest in a client‑facing sales career.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Ability to understand and explain technical equipment to non‑technical audiences.
