Graduate Geotechnical Engineer – Subsidence

About the role

This graduate position offers a fast‑track start in geotechnical engineering, focusing on subsidence investigations across residential and commercial sites in England. You will join a growing geo‑environmental consultancy with its own laboratory and receive full training on site and laboratory techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out geotechnical and geo‑environmental site investigations for subsidence claims.
• Collect, log and test soil samples, and interpret laboratory results.
• Prepare technical reports and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Assess foundations and recommend repair solutions for structural movement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Sciences or a related discipline.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across England on a regular basis.
