Graduate Insurance Pricing Analyst – Pricing Pathfinders Academy

About the role

Join the UK's only Recruit‑Train‑Deploy programme dedicated to insurance pricing. As a Graduate Insurance Pricing Analyst you will complete a 10‑week intensive academy and then be placed in a live pricing team at a major insurer, working on real‑world pricing decisions from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to support competitive insurance pricing while protecting margins.
• Develop and validate statistical models that identify risk patterns and pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial and underwriting teams to translate analytical insights into pricing strategies.
• Participate in continuous learning during the academy, covering Python/R, SQL, Excel and insurance fundamentals.

Required profile

• 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Comfortable working with data and solving complex problems.
• Clear communicator, proactive and a team player.
