Graduate / Junior Buyer – Excel Skills

About the role

This full‑time, office‑based position is designed for a recent graduate with strong Excel abilities who wants to start a career in procurement. You will be trained on the company's MRP system and will support the purchasing function of a global electronics manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Use the MRP system to manage the purchasing of electronic components.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Handle schedules and production plans to ensure timely supply.
• Support negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best prices.
• Participate in a structured training programme with continuous shadowing.

Required profile

• Graduate or junior candidate seeking a buyer career.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible, Monday‑to‑Friday office hours.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Experience or willingness to use an MRP system
