Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor – Full Training & Progression

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction manufacturer and contractor in Dunfermline. This permanent, full‑time position offers structured training and mentorship, allowing you to develop the commercial skills required for a successful career in construction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial team with project valuations and cost forecasting.
• Support contract administration and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project delivery by preparing bills of quantities, change orders and progress reports.
• Collaborate with senior Quantity Surveyors to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of construction projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree or relevant experience in construction, engineering or a related discipline.
• Keen to learn, develop commercial expertise and pursue long‑term progression to a Quantity Surveyor role.
• Ability to commute to the Dunfermline office from surrounding areas such as Kirkcaldy, Rosyth, Cowdenbeath, Inverkeithing, Livingston or Edinburgh.
