Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Primary School (Full‑Time)

About the role

This full‑time, term‑time position offers a recent graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a primary school setting. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils’ learning and development throughout the 2026/27 academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons to maximise engagement and progress.
• Provide focused assistance to individuals and small groups.
• Assist with the delivery of intervention programmes.
• Encourage positive behaviour and classroom participation.
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in education and child development.
• Considering a future career in teaching.
• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and committed to making a difference.
