About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme based in Banbury and Bicester. The two‑year scheme is designed for recent graduates to develop leadership skills across retail operations and fast‑track towards branch manager positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control, monitoring profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail and business management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial concepts.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
