Graduate Management Trainee – Banbury/Bicester

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Banbury (and Bicester). You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with the aim of progressing to a branch manager role within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day branch operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute ideas for service improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in retail and mobility services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn financial concepts.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
