Graduate Management Trainee – Barnstaple

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Barnstaple. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while being prepared for future branch‑manager responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understand profitability drivers and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational duties across the retail site.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to develop leadership competencies.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong interest in business management.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Motivation to progress to a branch‑manager role within two years.
