Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse client base.

• Assist with financial control and profitability, gaining insight into budgeting, cost management and profit analysis.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, learning store management, inventory handling and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects across finance, operations, and marketing to develop a holistic business perspective.
