About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme across Basildon, Leigh‑on‑Sea and Southend. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience and developing the leadership skills needed to become a future branch manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control, monitoring profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, learning store management and team leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the branch.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in business, retail or mobility services.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to progress quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
