Graduate Management Trainee – Bournemouth

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our Graduate Management Training Programme in Bournemouth. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key areas of our retail operation, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, analysing profitability and cost management.
• Participate in day‑to‑day branch operations, learning store management processes.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives across the business.

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in a management career.
