About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Brighton/Hove. This full‑time role gives recent graduates the chance to develop leadership skills across retail operations and progress to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability and contribute to branch performance.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, staffing and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Engage in continuous learning through classroom sessions, on‑the‑job training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in retail management and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
