About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Management Training Programme in Chelmsford. As a Graduate Management Trainee you will receive full-time, hands‑on training across all core business functions and will be prepared to progress to a branch manager role within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the branch network.
• Assist with financial control and profitability, gaining insight into budgeting, cost management and revenue tracking.
• Rotate through operations, finance, sales and marketing to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
