About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee Programme across Colchester, Clacton and Braintree. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in retail operations, customer service, sales, marketing, finance and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, connect with local business partners and grow the network.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understand profitability and contribute to cost‑effective operations.
• Participate in day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Develop leadership skills by supervising team members and driving performance.
