About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in South Croydon. As a graduate you will rotate through core business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while working towards a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling reservations and enquiries.
• Support sales and marketing activities, building relationships with local business partners.
• Assist with financial control tasks, understanding profit and loss statements.
• Participate in day‑to‑day branch operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
