Graduate Management Trainee – Cumbria/Carlisle

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Management Trainee programme in Cumbria. You will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving retail environment while being prepared for future branch‑manager responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, develop relationships with local business partners and grow the branch’s network.
• Assist with financial control, understand profitability metrics and contribute to cost‑effective operations.
• Participate in day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth branch performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and mentors to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to progress to management.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in finance and business performance.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Carlisle and travel within the region as needed.
