About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Graduate Management Trainee programme in Derby. As a graduate you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience and the chance to progress to a branch manager role within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport.
• Support sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow your network.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics, including fleet management and strategic planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team, with opportunities to manage and promote others as you grow.

Required profile

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership potential and ambition to become a branch manager.
• Enthusiasm for learning across customer service, sales, finance, operations and people management.
